Notice to Bidders


Public notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids will be received and opened by the Borough of Sea Girt at the Borough Hall, 321 Baltimore Blvd, Sea Girt, New Jersey at 10:00 a.m. on April 4, 2017 for a five-year lease of a portion of the existing water tower site located at Baltimore Blvd. and designated as Block 88, Lot 1 in the Borough of Sea Girt for the construction of a communications facility including the operation of wireless antennas and wireless equipment.

The Instructions to Bidders, including General Bidding Requirements and Technical Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Borough Clerk, 321 Baltimore Blvd., Sea Girt, New Jersey during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) on or after March 2, 2017 upon payment of $10.00 per set. If mailed, an additional payment of $5.00 will be required.  Checks should be made payable to the Borough of Sea Girt.

Addendum #1 was issued on March 7, 2017 correcting the Bid Due Date in the Instructions to Bidders to April 4, 2017 as listed on the Notice to Bidders. Bids are due on April 4, 2017 at 10:00 AM.

Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same.

The Borough of Sea Girt reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids.
